This is to track the week upto my first Triathlon in Ingonish.
The plan is to cut back training and try to get as much rest as possible. Also going to eat very strict diet.
Monday, June 21
biked to work and home.
eat well, did not sleep well the previous night
Tuesday, June 22
biked to work and home
ran 4k at 5min/km pace felt very easy
eat well, protien drink
got ok night sleep
Wednesday, June 23
biked to work and home
swam in power lake, did quick swim with new swim suit. did 15mins in water
eat well, protien drink
not a great night sleep
Thursday, June 24
bike to work and home
did 4k run little over 5min/km felt ok
eat well, not the best night sleep
protien drink
felt tired all day
Friday, June 25
bike to work and home
swam in power lake, did 20 mins hard swim, felt good.
eat well, good night sleep
felt very tired all day
Saturday, June 26
small bike rides in Ingonish 3-4k total
eat well, slept ok
felt tired all day
eat scamble eggs and pordage for breakfast
protien drink
Sunday, June 27
raining, cool
regular breakfast
egg, proridge, orange juice
water before race
race started late 8:45
slept ok, not great.
